Mom: Home in 5 minutes, hope you’ve taken the chicken out of the freezer
NOTE: Before commenting on this trying to correct me about my pronoun usage or anything of the such, I suggest you think twice. Not only is it possible for a person of any gender to be feminine, but it’s also a fact that Hange’s gender is up for interpretation. And so I’ll be using female pronouns when talking about this character. Thanks.
Typically, people view feminine as more than just appearance. There’s certain values and traits that are seen as either masculine or feminine. The stereotypical feminine traits are shown in media constantly— take, for example, Princess Zelda. She’s the embodiment of femininity, and her subjects all love her for it. She’s wise, nonviolent, loving, and emotionally strong. Similar to another princess— Princess Peach, who is emotional, cares greatly for others, and is, again, nonviolent.
These traits are something that are seen as positives of womanhood, though it isn’t just confined to one gender. And, these traits are very obvious in a certain character in Attack on Titan. The one who is, arguably, the least outwardly feminine: Zoe Hange.
